Coaching Clearances

Before stepping onto the field, all Wilson Youth Baseball & Softball coaches and volunteers must complete the required clearances and background-check requirements. Use the resources below to get started.

Everything You Need to Succeed

PA Child Abuse Clearance

Pennsylvania requires certain volunteers who work with children to obtain a Child Abuse History Clearance.

PA Criminal History Check

Wilson coaches must complete the applicable PA State Police criminal history check required for volunteers.

FBI FINGERPRINT / VOLUNTEER AFFIDAVIT

Volunteers who have not lived in Pennsylvania for the past 10 years must complete an FBI fingerprint-based background check. Volunteers who have lived in Pennsylvania for at least 10 years may complete the required volunteer affidavit instead.
